REAL DEFECTS FOUND AND FIXED
1. Manual KOPRA INSERT had 10 placeholders for 9 values -> fixed to 9/9.
2. Global finance whitelist did not include KOPRA pages -> fixed.
3. KOPRA exporter used One Time + Transfer Date for In-House -> fixed to Immediate + blank date.
4. Export changed DB status through GET -> changed to POST + CSRF.
5. Draft payroll could enter KOPRA -> only APPROVED + UNPAID allowed.
6. Payroll in active KOPRA batch could still be edited/recalculated/paid elsewhere -> locked.
7. Confirm Paid could be used before export -> now only EXPORTED batch.
8. KOPRA field length/code validation strengthened.
9. Old v4.34.0 upgrade path could downgrade schema_release -> hardened to current v4.34.1.
10. Manual fallback SQL used ADD COLUMN IF NOT EXISTS with hosting-version compatibility risk -> replaced by information_schema + PREPARE approach.

INTEGRITY RULES
- KOPRA batch accepts only APPROVED + UNPAID payroll.

- Batch must be EXPORTED before Confirm Paid.
- Confirm Paid synchronizes payroll items and period when all items are paid.
- Existing v4.33/v4.34 modules preserved.

DEPLOYMENT
- Production DB: DO NOT import database.sql.
- Run upgrade_v4_34_1.php.
- upgrade_v4_34_1.sql is fallback only.
- Preserve config/database.local.php and uploads.
