BUILD / DEEP STATIC AUDIT REPORT

Scope:
- Cashier daily/monthly salary configuration in Branding.
- Cashier attendance check-in/check-out integration.
- Daily salary counts only completed attendance days (check_in + check_out).
- Optional daily salary inclusion in Total Bonus display.
- Cashier payroll generation with salary + transaction bonus without double-counting.
- Cashier support in ZKTeco mapping/ADMS attendance.
- Cashier payroll support in Mandiri KOPRA account + transfer flow.
- Full-install database.sql aligned with cashier attendance/payroll/ZKTeco enums.

Validation:
- Full PHP tree linted: 222 PHP files.
- PHP syntax errors: 0.
- Schema migration is idempotent and chains ensure_v4426_schema().
- No DROP/TRUNCATE/destructive migration added.
- Existing transactions, bonuses, attendance, payroll, member data are not deleted/replaced.
- Daily salary is calculated dynamically from complete cashier attendance records.
- Monthly salary uses configured monthly amount; partial date ranges are calendar-prorated in reports/payroll custom ranges.
- Bonus transaction records remain separate from salary. 'Include salary in Total Bonus' affects combined reporting total only.

Important runtime note:
- No production MySQL database, live browser, ZKTeco hardware, or Mandiri KOPRA account was available in this build environment. Validation is code/schema/static packaging level. After deployment, run upgrade_v4_42_7.php and test one cashier through check-in -> check-out -> Staff Revenue -> Payroll -> KOPRA staging.
