Prestige Barber Club v4.42.6 - Build/Test Report

Scope:
- Bulk Export/Import Replace Masa Aktif Pra-Member.
- XLSX template uses stable pre_member_id key.
- Editable new_validity_months with Excel list validation: 6,12,18,24,36,48,60.
- Import replaces pre_members.membership_validity_months for Pending records only.

Validation:
- Full PHP lint: 221 PHP files, 0 syntax errors.
- Generated XLSX recognized as Microsoft Excel 2007+.
- Generated XLSX passed ZIP integrity test.
- Generated XLSX re-read correctly by application's SimpleXlsx parser.
- XLSX dropdown/data validation verified with openpyxl.
- Import validates required headers, duplicate IDs, missing IDs, status, XLSX extension, allowed validity values, and max 50,000 rows.
- Database updates run in one transaction; status is rechecked in UPDATE condition.
- No destructive schema/table migration.

Important:
- No live production database or production browser test was performed in this build environment.
- Approved/Rejected Pra-Member rows are intentionally skipped by bulk validity replacement to protect active-member/approval history integrity.
